before you activate the SIM card, please prepare following items to make your process go smoothly!

We hope you are enjoying your device and are excited to experience lightning-fast 5G data speeds.
Please note that to unlock the full potential of your device, you will need to activate the SIM card included with the dongle. During the activation process, you will be prompted to purchase a data plan with T-Mobile.
If you are not already a T-Mobile customer you will need to provide some personal information including your ID, address, and SSN.
Once you have completed the activation and purchased your data plan, you will be on your way to enjoying the full benefits of your VOS 5G Dongle. If you have any questions or need assistance with the activation process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. .
3 Steps to Activate the SIM Card
1./ Enter information for credit approval.
Please filling out all the information of the input fields.
2./ Select your data plan.
There are 3 types of data plans as below, and we offer Autopay and Postpaid for your selection.
3./ Enter the CCID number (SIM Card number) from the SIM card to activate the SIM.
Please only enter the 19 digits of CCID number, DO NOT enter the letter F with your CCID number from the SIM card.
