The deal is an accounts receivable factoring structure that financially supports Tri Cascade’s cash flow from the upcoming rollout of its
TRI CASCADE VOS 5G Dongle to major retail outlets. Tri Cascade plans to launch with an initial exclusive number of 1,000 5G Dongle units in May, 2023 to fully test its fulfillment and distribution system, to be followed shortly after that with 25,000 units to major retail outlets. The MSRP for the
