​Please note that to unlock the full potential of your device, you will need to activate the SIM card included with the dongle. During the activation process, you will  be prompted to purchase a data plan with T-Mobile.

3 Steps to Activate the SIM Card

Step 1. Enter information for credit approval. 
            (Existing T-Mobile customer, please skip to step 2).

Please filling out all the information of the input fields. 

Step 2. Select your data plan.

There are 3 types of data plans as below, and we offer Autopay and Postpaid  for your selection.

Step 3. Enter the CCID number (SIM Card number) from the SIM card to
            activate the SIM.

Please find the SIM Card Number on the backside of the enclosed T-Mobile SIM card. 

Please only enter the 19 digits of CCID number, DO NOT enter the letter F with your CCID number from the SIM card.
